Privacy policy

Last updated 7 October 2026

This policy covers instadrip.com, the website of Instadrip, a mobile IV therapy service in Los Angeles. It explains what the website collects, why, and who it goes to. Questions go to kyle@instadrip.io or (209) 600-3034.

The short version

Booking and health information

When you book a session, you leave this website and book through Mangomint, our booking provider. Anything you tell us about your health, at booking or during your visit, is handled in our booking and medical record systems, which are covered by HIPAA. It is not collected or stored by this website, and this policy does not cover it.

What you give us

Newsletter. If you sign up, we store your email address in Mailchimp, our email provider, and send you our newsletter. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

Phone calls. If you call us, we use what you tell us to answer your question or book your visit.

What is collected automatically

Site analytics (PostHog). We record which pages are viewed, clicks, and how long visits last, and we may record sessions to see where the site is confusing. In those recordings, everything typed into a form is hidden. On our drip-matching quiz, the answers you pick are hidden in recordings and are counted only as anonymous totals. We do not attach any of this to your name or email.

Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram). The pixel tells Meta which pages of this site a browser visited, so we can measure our Facebook and Instagram ads. It runs on every page.

Google Ads. The Google tag lets us measure whether our Google ads lead to bookings. We have switched off ad personalization, so Google does not use visits to this site to build audiences for targeting ads.

When a booking is completed. After you book, Mangomint returns you to a confirmation page on this site. That page tells PostHog, Meta and Google Ads that a booking happened, using only the booking's reference number. It never sends which treatment you booked or what it cost. Meta also receives this from our server, together with your IP address, your browser type and Meta's own cookies, so it can match the booking to the ad you clicked.

Hosting. Our host, Vercel, keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type, to run and secure the site.

Cookies

PostHog, Meta and Google set cookies or use similar browser storage to recognize a returning browser and to connect a booking to an ad click. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and limit ads in your Meta and Google ad settings. The site still works without them.

Who receives your information

Mailchimp (email), PostHog (analytics), Meta and Google (advertising measurement), Vercel (hosting) and Mangomint (booking). Each uses it to provide its service to us and under its own privacy policy. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Your email stays on our newsletter list until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Analytics and advertising data are kept for the periods set by each provider.

Your choices and California rights

You can ask us what personal information we have about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and ask us to stop using it for advertising measurement. We do not sell personal information. If you are a California resident you may have additional rights under California law, and we will not treat you differently for using them. To make a request, email kyle@instadrip.io.

Children

This website is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we change how the site handles information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
