Booking and cancellation
A $99 deposit holds your appointment and comes off your total. The rest is paid at your session, and $99 is the most you can ever lose.
Reschedule or cancel more than 12 hours ahead and there's no charge at all. Deposit refunded in full.
Inside 12 hours, or if nobody's there when your nurse arrives, we keep the $99. A nurse and a prepared bag were committed to that slot.
Screened out before your exam? If your intake form shows IV therapy isn't right for you before any exam is sent, your $99 deposit is refunded in full.
Declined after your exam? If you complete the exam and the provider decides IV therapy isn't appropriate for you, you get $76 back: the $99 less the $23 exam fee.
If it isn't safe to treat you, we won't. Your nurse does a short assessment before starting and will stop there if anything looks off, even though we've already come to you. Same as above, we keep the $99 and refund anything else.
Pregnancy and breastfeeding. We cannot treat clients who are pregnant, who may be pregnant, or who are breastfeeding. The safety of IV vitamin therapy in pregnancy hasn't been studied, so we stay on the safe side of it.
A licensed provider must evaluate and approve you before treatment, as California requires. The exam is $23, included in the price of your treatment and never billed separately. If you complete the exam and the provider decides IV therapy is not appropriate for you, we refund what you paid less the $23.
